Today I got my retainers from Advanced Orthodontics (Kent). I would like to say having Dr. Aragon and her team to take care of me is the most fortunate thing I have ever had in my 5 year and 5 months orthodontics journey. I am pretty sure my case was not an easy case in orthodontics in terms of my original teeth situation and being in my 40’s. When I started my ortho treatment with Advanced Orthodontics, it was not Dr. Aragon. But when Dr. Aragon came to take over, I knew I was in good hands immediately. Dr. Aragon is very patient and professional. She would not sacrifice the patient’s outcome by rushing to the end of the treatment. She has a very high standard and wants to make sure my teeth look perfect before going onto the next step. She cares about my dental health. She is very responsible and would coordinate with my general dentist for any procedures without affecting the ortho treatments. She is always at the office. Even when she had a baby, she came back very soon to take care of the patients. No matter how hard my case is, she would not give up and would still try other methods to achieve the best result. Dr. Aragon’s team are super sweet, too. From the front desk to all the assistants in the office, they are all very friendly, hardworking and patient. They explained every step and everything very clearly and professionally. Whenever I had schedule conflicts and was not able to make my appointments, they would help me reschedule without question. They really took great care of me. Dr. Aragon is the best orthodontists I have ever met. I dreamed about having nice straight teeth for many years. It was Dr. Aragon’s team made my dream come true. My son started his braces treatment here two years ago, and because of the amazing service, my daughter is now getting her braces here too. I had such a pleasant consultation. Dr. Aragon and Alana was so sweet and listened to my complexed orthodontic history (no movement on two different orthodontic treatments as a kid and adult). Their imaging is very advanced like their business name, and I was able to see my teeth and oral cavity in a way I’ve never seen before.
